I was so surprised when you said Yorkshire pudding. I'm British, and I didn't realise Americans knew what they were. They're from Yorkshire in the North of England, as the name suggests. I don't eat a lot of traditional British food, but it's so comforting. I like Yorkshire puddings with stew. I loved the video btw can't wait to see more.

I have counseling every Monday. It saved my life. I was at rock bottom. I’ve learned some great things. And have worked through some life trauma. I’d highly recommend everyone go through counseling or therapy at some point. It can be an amazing thing.

I love the idea of Rhodes going to therapy! A small theory I had was when he disliked fitness at the start of his and Ryan’s career was like an anxiety thing where he felt all this pressure to suddenly be this all star athlete, especially with how he’s an overachieving kinda guy lol
